Thanks to the amazing response from the vendor community, all tables for the November 14th Field House Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo at the Hamburg Field House are now fully booked!

We are still accepting wait-list applications, and new submissions will be considered when space becomes available. In addition, wait-listed vendors will receive priority consideration for all expos.

We truly appreciate the incredible support and enthusiasm from so many talented breeders, vendors, and businesses. We’re beyond excited to see this event grow and can’t wait for what the future brings!

Agreement for Consideration *

• 2. I agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• 3. I confirm that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits and licenses, including those required by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
• 4. I confirm that I am solely responsible for holding (or obtaining prior to the event) a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Certificate if required.
• 5. I understand that I assume FULL responsibility for all animals I bring and for my conduct and the conduct of anyone working in my booth space.
• 6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo and the Hamburg Field House from any claims arising from my participation.
• 7. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in removal without refund and possible prohibition from future events.
