Agreement for Consideration *

• 1. I have read and understand the Vendor Agreement & Animal Sale Rules
• 2. I agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• 3. I confirm that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits and licenses, including those required by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
• 4. I confirm that I am solely responsible for holding (or obtaining prior to the event) a valid Pennsylvania Sales Tax Certificate if required.
• 5. I understand that I assume FULL responsibility for all animals I bring and for my conduct and the conduct of anyone working in my booth space.
• 6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo and the Hamburg Field House from any claims arising from my participation.
• 7. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in removal without refund and possible prohibition from future events.
